Senator Rob Olson, presented a technical amendment from Legislative Post Audit. (Attachment 5)
Senator Rob Olson moved to adopt the amendment to SB260. Senator Lynn Rogers seconded the motion. The motion passed on a voice vote.
Discussion ensued about the bid process with Senators; Jeff Longbine, Bud Estes, Oletha Faust-Goudeau, and Caryn Tyson. Included in the discussion were Deann Mill CFO, Post Audit and Justin Stowe, Post Audit.
Senator Rob Olson moved to pass SB260 as amended, seconded by Senator Ty Masterson. The motion passed on a voice vote.
