Chairperson Schmidt reopened the hearing on SB312. Representative Nancy Lusk presented her testimony which is now from a neutral position instead of in opposition. (Attachment 1)

Chairperson Schmidt closed the hearing on SB312.
Chairperson Schmidt introduced a bill on Senior Status License of cosmetologists. There were no objections.
