Chairperson Kerschen opened the hearing on SB330.
Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor of Statutes Office explained the bill.
Robin Jennison spoke in support of the bill. He said that the Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism requested this bill that amends fee limitations for certain department licenses, permits, stamps and other issues. Fees have not been adjusted for over 15 years and he feels like the cap on those fees should be raised so that new legislation on this matter will not be needed for the next 30 to 40 years.(Attachment 1)
