The Chairman opened the hearing on SB309 - Providing for the disposition of judicial branch docket fees in FY 2020 and FY 2021. Jason Thompson gave an overview of the bill and answered questions from committee members. (Attachment 4)
Shawn Jurgensen spoke in favor of SB309 explaining the transfer of funds designated to development and implementation of the e-court system. (Attachment 5) Mr. Jurgensen answered questions from the committee.
Chairman Wilborn pointed out written testimony in favor of SB309 submitted by Joseph Molina for the Kansas Bar Association. (Attachment 6)
There being no more conferees, the Chairman closed the hearing on SB309.
