David Wiese gave an overview of the bill. (Attachment 8)
Josh Roe testified in support of changing the date of the term appointment date but KDA would prefer a January 1 date. (Attachment 9)
Virginia Crossland-Macha testified in support of either October 15 or January 1. Ms. Crossland-Macha answered questions from Committee members. (Attachment 10)
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Schroeder closed the hearing on HB 2547.
