Chairperson McGinn continued the hearing on SB 285.
Ty Dragoo spoke in support of the bill. The members of his organization are heavily invested in transportation in Kansas in the areas of air, rail and busing. Kansas infrastructure is the office for his members and he wants to see improved safety for all the citizens of Kansas. Mr. Dragoo included a proposed amendment in his testimony. (Attachment 1)
