Representative Whitmer moved that the Committee report HB2439 for favorable passage, seconded by Representative Delperdang.
Representative Finch moved to amend HB2439 with the Finch amendment (Attachment 2) and to clean up any technical language in the bill, seconded by Representative Whitmer.
The Committee had comments and questions.
Representative Whitmer moved HB2439 favorably for passage as amended by the Finch amendment and technical clean-up, seconded by Representative Delperdang.
The motion passed unanimously to report HB2439 favorably for passage as amended by the Finch amendment and technical clean-up in the bill.
Chairperson Jennings adjourned the meeting.
