Megan Milner testified on behalf of Secretary Joe Norwood with the Kansas Department of Corrections in support of HB2455 amending the duties of the Kansas Juvenile Justice Oversight Committee regarding expenditures avoided by reductions of youth out-of-home placements. (Attachment 12)
