Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on SB201. An overview was provided by Matt Sterling, Revisor of Statutes.
Chairperson Barker recognized Senator Lynn Rogers as a proponent of SB201 (Attachment 1). There were no questions by the Committee.
Chairperson Barker noted that there was written proponent testimony from Attorney General Derek Schmidt (Attachment 2); Gaye Tibbets (Attachment 3); and John Wright (Attachment 4).
Chairperson Barker asked if there were any opponents or neutrals. Seeing none, he closed the hearing on SB201.
