Chairperson requested discussion and possible action on SCR1604.
Senator Petersen made a motion to amend SCR1604. Ranking Minority Member Holland seconded the motion.(Attachment 5) Motion passed.
Chairperson Tyson made a motion to amend SCR1604 by adding the definition of "food" be the same as defined in SB97. After a brief discussion, Chairperson Tyson withdrew the motion.
Senator Francisco made a motion to amend SCR1604. (Attachment 6) Ranking Minority Member Holland seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Ranking Minority Member Holland made a motion to pass out SCR1604 as amended favorably. Senator Francisco seconded the motion. Motion failed. Division was requested [3-5].
