Senator Lynn moved to adopt the amendment to SB 180 and add the amended contents of SB 180 into HB 2069. Senator Bowers seconded and the motion carried.
Senator Lynn moved to insert HB 2262 into HB 2069, Senator Petersen seconded, and the motion carried.
Senator Lynn moved to recommended HB 2069 favorably for passage, as amended. Senator Petersen seconded and the motion carried.
