Mr. Wells provided an overview on SB130 noting it concerns the taxation of electronic cigarettes. Section 1 would add the imposition statute to the Kansas Cigarette and Tobacco products act. Section 2, the tax would go to $0.05 per milliliter of consumable material in electronic cigarettes July 1, 2017.
