Norm Furse, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of the substitute for SB52 (Attachment 7).
Representative Concannon made a motion to move all of the contents House Substitute for SB51 into SB52. The motion was seconded by Representative Crum. Representative Concannon closed on her motion, and the motion passed on a voice vote.
Representative Concannon moved to pass House Substitute for SB52 favorably as amended. The motion was seconded by Representative Crum and House Substitute for SB52 was passed out of committee favorably as amended on a voice vote.
The next Health and Human Services Committee meeting is scheduled for March 22, 2017, at 1:30 pm in Room 546-S at the Capitol.
The Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 2:11 pm.
