The Chairperson opened the hearing on SR 1723.
Representative Powell began talking about pornography and its addiction costing men their marriages, respect of their children,loss of jobs and loss of freedom. He has witnessed what life looks like on the other side of addiction.(Attachment 1)

Major Michael Pfannenstiel and Sergeant Chris Evans spoke of their experiences with pornography while serving in the sheriff's department.(Attachment 3)
Phillip Crosby presented two booklets containing evidence-based findings of pornography's negative effects on individuals and communities.(Attachment 4)
