Chairperson Kelly called for final action on SB20. The bill was reviewed by David Wiese.
Representative Powell moved, Representative Hawkins seconded, to amend SB20 to add the content of SB18, SB21, SB67 and SB87; revisor's office given authorization to make necessary technical adjustments. Motion carried.
Back on the bill, Representative Powell moved, Representative Finney seconded, to recommend SB20, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Chairperson Kelly adjourned the meeting at 9:33am.
