Senator Denning distributed a document projecting the State General Fund Profile based on his amendments added to the bill yesterday. (Attachment 3)
Chairperson McGinn distributed a proposed balloon amendment. (Attachment 4)
Chairperson McGinn moved, Senator Billinger seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Chairperson McGinn distributed a second proposed amendment and discussed the recommended changes. (Attachment 5)
Chairperson McGinn moved, Senator Kelly seconded, adoption of the second amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Billinger moved, Senator Kelly seconded, to recommend Senate Substitute for Substitute for HB 2052 favorably for passage, with leeway for staff to make technical corrections. Motion carried on a roll call vote.
