Clarification concerning the further victimization of a victim were obtained.
Senator Baumgardner moved to accept the amendment, Senator Fitzgerald seconded. Motion carried.
Senator Baumgardner moved that the bill be passed as amended, Senator Hardy seconded. Motion carried.
