Chairman Kerschen opened the hearing on HB2312.

Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor's Office explained the bill.

Lane Letourneau spoke in support of the bill. He said that this bill amends portions of existing statutes concerning fertilizer and water orders issued by the Kansas Department of Agriculture, It will bring clarity and uniformity to the administrative appeal process.(Attachment 2)

Chairman Kerschen closed the hearing on HB2312.

Chairman Kerschen adjourned the meeting at 9:05 A. M.
