Chairperson Kerschen opened the hearing on HB2191.
Tamera Lawrence of the Revisor's Office explained the bill.
Chris Tymeson spoke in support of the bill. He said that it amends current statute relating to electronic licensing and citations. The language in these statutes has been updated to describe modern day practices.(Attachment1)
