Vice Chair Kerschen opened a hearing on SB222.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee a description of SB222. He stood for questions.
Dave Trabert presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB222, saying PEAK has "no proven benefit to taxpayers. (Attachment 1) He stood for questions.
Jeff Glendening presented testimony in support of SB222 by stating he urges "a one year freeze on the PEAK program and . . . would repeal the program entirely". (Attachment 2) He stood for questions.

Eric Stafford presented testimony in opposition to SB222 by saying the program "attracts investment from both out-of-sate companies as well as companies seeking to expand within out state". (Attachment 3) He stood for questions.
