James Quillen presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB211 by saying "this bill will incentivize private sector companies to contract . . . with qualified state use law vendors or . . . organizations, opening up additional opportunities for employment for people with disabilities". Patrick Jonas presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB211 by emphasizing how "a tax credit incentive to private sector companies that outsource to non-profits who competitively employ people with disabilities would be a great step". (Attachment 22) He stood for questions.
