David Wiese, staff revisor, reviewed the bill.
Chairperson Kelly opened the hearing on SB67.
Kathy Taylor testified in support of SB67 stating that it would allow state-chartered banks in Kansas the same opportunity to purchase historic tax credits as other financial institutions in Kansas. (Attachment 11)
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Kelly closed the hearing on SB67.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30am.
