Vice-Chairperson Barbara Bollier called the meeting to order and opened the hearing on HB2045.
Scott Abbott, Staff Revisor, gave an overview of the bill.
Rachelle Colombo presented testimony in support of HB2045 stating that passage of HB2045 would reinstate language that was inadvertently stricken in 2015, which rendered physicians unable to provide psychiatric service and state institutions without a physician to directly care for mental health patients. (Attachment 1)
Following questions from the committee members, Vice-Chairperson Bollier closed the hearing on HB2045.
