Vice-Chairperson Barbara Bollier called the meeting to order and opened the hearing on HB2025.
Scott Abbott, Staff Revisor reviewed the bill.
Mary Blubaugh testified in support of this bill as it will allow Kansas State Board of Nursing to employ more than one Assistant Attorneys General and will allow both to be titled Assistant Attorney General. (Attachment 1)
Following questions from the Committee, The Co-Chairperson closed the hearing on HB2025.
