Chairman Wilborn updated the Committee on SB 1, SB 3, and SB 4 and passed out a letter that concerned these bills (Attachment 3).

The Chairman explained that the House Judiciary Committee and Senate Judiciary Committee were referring the aforementioned bills, together; with the House bills concerning forfeiture, to the Judicial Council for further research and study.
