Mike Heim, Senior Assistant Revisor, provided a description of SB43, a clean-up bill for the congressional election bill from earlier this year, HB2017, which was passed by the legislature.
Mr. Heim answered questions from the Committee.
Jason Watkins, for David Unruh, Commissioner, First District, Sedgwick County Board of Commissioners, Wichita, Kansas, provided testimony in support of SB43 (Attachment 1).
