Chairperson Kelly opened the hearing on SB21.
Judi Stork testified in support of SB21 stating that it would amend the Kansas Money Transmitter Act to provide a clear definition of "service provider." It would also make four additional changes to clarify the filing for, and renewal of, service provider licenses. (Attachment 3)
There being no further conferees, Chairperson Kelly closed the hearing on SB21.
