Jason reviewed the bill reminding the Committee that the proponent, during the hearings, discussed amendments. He explained that those were introduced as a separate bill in the house.

Senator Petersen moved, Senator Pilcher Cook seconded to amend. Motion carried.
Senator Pilcher Cook moved to recommend the bill favorably for passage as amended, Senator Petersen seconded. Motion carried.
