Representative Lakin made a motion to pass out HB2217 favorably, with the second offered by Representative Wilson.
Representative Lakin made a motion to amend HB2217, which changed some of the language in the bill (Attachment 11). Representative Wilson seconded the motion, and the motion to amend carried on a voice vote.
Representative Lakin moved to pass HB2217 favorably as amended with Representative Crum seconding the motion, and the motion was adopted and the bill passed out of committee as amended.
The next Health and Human Services Committee meeting is scheduled for February 16, 2017, at 1:30 pm, in Room 546-S at the Capitol.
The Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 2:59 pm.
