Chairman Kerschen called for final action on SB60.
Senator Francisco presented a balloon amendment which she explained.(Attachment 10)
Senator Francisco moved and Senator Taylor seconded adoption of the balloon amendment. Senator Billinger offered a substitute motion in section 12, line e of the bill to read "shall not exceed $180,000 in any fiscal year. Motion carried.

Senator Pyle proposed an amendment which eliminated section 13 from he bill. (Attachment 12)
