Senator Pyle withdrew an amendment previously presented to the committee. (Attachment 8)
Senator Francisco offered a balloon amendment which was explained. Senator Rogers moved and Senator Francisco seconded to adopt the proposed amendment. Motion passed. (Attachment 9)
Senator Francisco moved and Senator Estes seconded to recommend SB117 as amended for passage. Motion carried.
