Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2280. Jason Long, Revisor, provided an overview of the bill (Attachment 1).
Chairperson Barker recognized Representative Jim Ward as a proponent to HB2280 (Attachment 2). Questions were asked by Chairperson Barker and Representative Rooker.
The Chair asked if there were any other persons wishing to testify on HB2280. Seeing none, he closed the hearing on HB2280.
