Chairperson Campbell opened the hearing on HB 2324 and recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, who gave an overview of the bill.(Attachment 1)
Representative Ed Trimmer, 79th District, Kansas House of Representatives, was acknowledged by Chairperson Campbell and appeared as a proponent for HB 2324.(Attachment 2) Questions were asked by Representatives Aurand and Karlesknit.
Mark Tallman, Associate Executive Director for Advocacy, Kansas Association of School Boards, was a proponent of this bill.(Attachment 3) Questions were asked by Representatives Schwab, Rooker, Trimmer, and Sawyer.
