Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB130.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee a description of SB130. He stood for questions.
Anna Landis presented testimony and an amendment to the Committee in support of SB130, explaining that the bill and current amendment are to define "consumable material" and to include the Consumable Materials tax and grant the Department (of Revenue) enforcement powers". (Attachment 14) She stood for questions.
Steve Gentry presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB130 by saying he believes the bill "with its amendment provides the appropriate clarity in defining consumable material, which will allow the vapor law that was approved in 2015 to be easily administered and enforced". (Attachment 15) He stood for questions.
