Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB116.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee a description of SB116. He stood for questions.
Kathleen Smith presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB116 by requesting all Kansas income tax statutes, that are obsolete or have sunset, be repealed. (Attachment 18) She stood for questions.
No testimony neutral or in opposition to SB116 was presented to the Committee.
After several questions from the Committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB116.
