Senator Billinger distributed a proposed amendment and discussed the recommended changes. (Attachment 6)
Senator Billinger moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, adoption of the proposed amendment.
Following questions regarding higher education, an additional document was distributed, which addressed the questions. (Attachment 7)
Senator Billinger moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, to amend the previous motion to include the additional document. Motion carried.
