Chair Osterman opened the hearing on HB 2174 and recognized Jenna Moyer, Assistant Revisor of Statutes, who briefed the committee on HB 2174. A question and answer period followed.

Mr. Christenberry testimony was accepted (Attachment 2) and included in the proponent, written only testimony; as was Darrell E. Lamme, U.S. Air Force Retired, Elwood (Attachment 3).
