The committee received an overview from Revisor Scott Abbott on SB 69.
Questions by committee members were answered by previous conferees including Michael Randol, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and Shawn Sullivan, Kansas Department of Revenue regarding SB 69.
Tish Hollingsworth, Kansas Hospital Association spoke to the committee, (Attachment 1), with response to opponent testimony previously presented on SB 69.
The continued hearing on SB 69 was closed.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 13, 2017.
Chairperson Schmidt adjourned the meeting at 10:22 am.
