Chairperson Aurand opened the hearing on HB2213.
Zach Fridell gave an overview of the bill. (Attachment 5)
Jean Redeker explained the structure of the Board of Regents regulatory authority. She stated that the sunset clause would keep the Board from collecting fees. She urged the Committee to pass the bill and extend the clause. (Attachment 6)
There was a short discussion. There being no other conferees, Chairperson Aurand closed the hearing on HB2213.
