Jason Thompson gave a bill brief on SB 93 saying that the bill addresses the revocation of drivers' licenses for certain offenses. He continued by saying that it is a part of the Motor Vehicle Driver's License Act and concluded that the current practices are usually 90 days, and this bill inserts that 90-day period into the language.
Proponent:
Jessica Ross shared her support of SB 93 by saying (Attachment 9) they would like a specification in the length of the current revoked period, which is normally a 90-day period, and asked the Committee to make that clarification.
After a brief question and answer period, the hearing was closed.
