Chairperson Sutton opened the hearing on HB2130.
Zach Fridell, Assistant Revisor, explained HB2130 and handed out a memorandum(Attachment 3).
John Milburn, Director of Legislative Public Affairs appeared before the committee and offered proponent testimony. Mr. Milburn stated that HB2130 would bring statutes into concert with the existing practices within agencies and our financial management systems (Attachment 4).
Discussion followed. There being on further conferees, Chairperson Sutton closed the hearing on HB2130 was closed.
Chairperson Sutton announced that the committee would be working the bills on Monday, February 13, 2017
Chairperson Sutton adjourned the Committee at 2:06 PM.
