Chairperson Sutton opened the hearing on HB2129.
Zach Fridell, Assistant Revisor, explained HB2129 and handed out a memorandum (Attachment 1).
John Milburn, Director of Legislative Public Affairs appeared before the committee and offered proponent testimony. Mr. Milburn state the passage of the bill would amend statutes regarding the requirements for energy audits or any property that is being leased by the State of Kansas (Attachment 2).
Discussion followed. There being no further conferees, Chairperson Sutton closed the hearing on HB2129.
