Natalie Scott stated the date of the amended balloon should read prior year 2006 not 2015.
Representative Jennings moved to amend the Jennings' amendment, changing the year in the balloon to read 2006 not 2015, seconded by Representative Whitmer.
The Committee continued with questions.
The motion passed to amend HB2085 with the Jennings' amendment.
