Representative Finch moved to amend HB2093 with the technical amendment (Attachment 2), seconded by Representative Whitmer.
The motion passed unanimously to amend HB2093 with the technical amendment.
Representative Whitmer moved to amend HB2093 with the Whitmer amendment (Attachment 3), seconded by Representative Jennings.
The Committee had comments and questions.
The motion to amend failed.
Representative Finch moved HB2093 favorably for passage as amended by the technical amendment, seconded by Representative Whitmer.
The motion passed unanimously to report HB2093 favorably for passage as amended.
