Gary H. Hanson testified in support of HB2080. The bill concerns the reinstatement of forfeited benefit units in rural water districts. Mr. Hanson responded to questions from Committee members. (Attachment 7)
The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to testify, there being no further conferees, the Chairman closed the hearing on HB2080.
Chairman Sloan indicated the Committee would work HB2066, HB2079 and HB2080 on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 and thanked the conferees for their participation today.
