Chairperson Johnson recognized Sam Williams, Department of Revenue to provide detailed information on the revised fiscal note for HB2023. (Attachment 13) Mr. Williams requested, at the approval of Chairperson Johnson, Justin Carroll, Financial Economist, Department of Revenue to brief the Committee on the fiscal note. Mr. Carroll stated there is a full rollback of all the business exclusions including qualified livestock and allowing net operating losses (NOLs) to be claimed again.
Mr. Williams stood for questions from the Committee.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:47 pm.
