Norm Furse, Office of the Revisor of Statutes,explained the balloon amendment HB2030 (Attachment 13).
Representative Wilson moved to pass HB2030 favorably out of committee. The motion was seconded by Representative Osterman.
Representative Eplee moved to amend HB2030, and Representative Kelly seconded the motion. The motion carried on a voice vote.
Chairman Hawkins recalled the motion and the motion to pass out HB2030 favorably as amended was adopted on a voice vote.
The next Health and Human Services Committee meeting is scheduled for January 30, 2017, in Room 546-S at the Capitol.
The Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 2:55 pm.
