Jill Wolters, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, presented a briefing on HB 2002 (Attachment 2) .  The Legislative Division of Post Audit (LPA) is exempt from paying the monumental building surcharge for FY 2017.  This bill would exempt LPA from paying this surcharge by statute.
