Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB29.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee information concerning SB29 by explaining the details of the bill. He stood for questions.
Amelia Kovar-Donohue presented testimony in support of SB29 by saying the bill will "simplify and expedite the process . . . [for] the application to the Board of Tax Appeals". (Attachment1) She stood for questions.
After several questions from the Committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB29 and adjourned the meeting at 9:50am.
