Governmental ethics commission; investigation procedures.

Mike Heim provided an overview of HB2015, stating it amends the Campaign Finance Act and amends State Governmental Ethics Law.

There were no questions.

Chairperson Esau stated that if committee members had questions for the Ethics Committee, Carol Williams was present and would answer them.

There were no further questions or discussion.

Chairperson Esau closed the hearing on HB2015.

Chairperson Esau announced there would be hearing on the Campaign Finance Bill on Wednesday, with no meeting on Monday.

Chairperson Esau adjourned the meeting.
